Cuisine

Though based on the tradition of fish and vegetables, in keeping with the demands of a cosmopolitan clientele, the cuisine served aboard our houseboats vary depending on the clients requirements. Complete breakfast along with lunch, dinner and evening snacks is provided on board the houseboat.

WELCOME DRINK :   You will be welcomed with a fresh drink of Tender Coconut

LUNCH @ 1.30 PM : Lunch will be served @ 1.30 pm Vegetarian, Sea Food and Meat dishes are available.

EVENING TEA/COFFEE @ 4 PM : Evening Tea / coffee with snacks

DINNER @ 8 PM :   Special Candle Light Dinner will be served @ 8.00pm Chinese/Indian/Continental Dishes are available.

BREAKFAST @ NEXT DAY : Bed Tea / Coffee Indian / English breakfast

Drinking water: Bottled branded mineral water is used as drinking water(unlimited). All crockery and utensils are new and hygienic and care is given to keep it very clean and safe.

Vegetable and other consumables: Utmost care is given in selection of vegetables,fish, chicken etc (fresh and seasonal vegetable are used and fish and chicken is fresh and very hygienic).

Cooking oil:  Refined Sunflower oil is used in all food.

Preparation of food: Trained staff is available for preparing the food and serving it fresh and tasty giving importance to hygiene.

Storage of food:  Proper hygienic and safe storage facility is available for proper storage of rice, vegetable , spices, oil etc .Important note

Pure Vegetarian and North Indian Dishes are available on your advance intimation.

You can buy the fresh Prawns, Crabs or any kinds of fish during your cruise from the fishermen and our chef will make prepare it for you according to your suggestion without any additional charge.

Seasonal items depends on availability. The entire Food menu given above is to give general idea of what we serve.
